The 12-2 Clippers own the 2nd best defense and 3rd best offense, giving them the highest net rating in the league. Carroll has already been declared out on all back to backs for precautionary reasons after his knee surgery, and his defense will be sorely missed against a potent and efficient Clippers team. This is a huge letdown spot for a disappointed and tired Raptors team against the Clippers who have 9 double digit wins already this season.
