Had to wait for an official report that LeBron was playing tonight (even though most assumed he would) for the line to tick up following the news. Both teams have an entirely new look on their offense with Boston adding Kyrie/Hayward/Tatum and Cleveland adding IT/Rose/Wade. With an aging backcourt for the Cavs, there's no one to stop a motivated and pissed off Kyrie in what could be a hostile environment in tonight's homecoming. LeBron being a game time decision shows hes not quite 100% and won't be looking to aggravate it on opening night. This game could really unravel in a number of different ways so I'll gladly grab the points with Boston tonight.

The Warriors open up their season as defending champions against a Houston squad that added an all-NBA talent in CP3. There's nothing that CP3 hasn't seen in his HoF worthy career but he still has to get used to sharing ball handling duties with Harden and playing a very different style of basketball than he did during his tenure in LA. The Warriors return 12 (!) players from last year's championship squad and added some very good shooters in Young and Casspi and a solid defensive piece in Bell. With so much continuity and looking to start off the season on the right note on their banner raising night, I think the Warriors break away in the second half and win by double digits on opening night.
